Protéus is happy to announce the publication of a paper in the current issue of Protein Engineering Design and Selection (PEDS) for a work done in collaboration with Medimmune UK (formerly Cambridge Antibody Technology Ltd).
The paper is the first published application of L-Shufflingâ„¢ for affinity maturation of a recombinant antibody. The study demonstrates the ability of in vitro recombination techniques such as L-Shufflingâ„¢ to explore a very large sequence space and to find optimal solutions in antibody optimisation.
